If a client is in a home and can no longer afford their current mortgage payment, our loan modification department can look into the situation and do all that they can to lower our clients month payments, allowing them to stay in their homes. If that doesn’t work, our loan modification department can utilize other means to help a family remain in the house by partnering with other real estate investors to purchase the home, keep the family in the house, and work with them to build a solid portfolio that our lenders will approve to re-purchase the home from our investors.
