The members of Sound Life Education are dedicated to helping you get back on track. Our Lease Purchase Program gives anyone in any circumstance a chance to start or restore your financial future by placing you in a home that you desire regardless of your situation. While in the home Sound Life Education prepares you to become a homeowner through teaching the fundamentals of budgeting, credit repair, life and retirement planning, investing, communication and many other valuable tools.

Our program is designed to guide you step by step and be a success. Start by reading the information below to learn about the Lease Purchase Program and what it can do for you. Lease Purchase Program

The Sound Life Education Lease Purchase Program gives anyone a chance to be able to get the dream home you’ve desired, while working on get you life back on track!

Typical Definition:

The abbreviated form of the appropriate term lease with option to purchase. The agreement is typically between two parties: the tenant, who will occupy a house and the landlord, who owns the property. During the term of the lease option, the tenant pays rent to the landlord, and in exchange is permitted to occupy the property. At the end of the contract, the tenant has the option to purchase the property outright; the tenant would typically obtain the money to do this using a mortgage. In exchange for this option, the tenant pays extra money to the landlord, in excess of usual market rent.

How a typical program works is as follows:

  • Sales price of a home an investor purchases is $60,000
  • We move a household in paying rent at 900.00 a month due on the 1st
  • The household pays an extra 300.00 a month on the 15th towards purchase
  • Work with the household to establish their own loan, as now the household can work towards a refinance–a much easier loan to get
  • We set the purchase price at appraised value at time of close

Or

  • Sales price of a home an investor purchases is $60,000
  • We move a household in a property paying rent at 900.00 a month due on the 1st
  • We move forward and draw up contracts, marking a sales price, and deed the property over to the tenant
  • The household now is a homeowner, you the investor is the lender
  • The household amends their taxes to receive the $8,000 stimulus check
  • They surrender the stimulus check to the lender on the home, (The Investor), as down payment for the home, and begin to obtain their own loan as a refinance
  • The household must now move forward and purchase the home. If they receive stimulus money and they leave the home before three years, the government will come after them for repayment of the monies.

    The Coursebook

    The Sound Life Education Coursebook includes four classes that intensely cover all major aspects of successful life plans, yet keeping all the material easy to understand and use. Each family that participates in the Lease purchase program will receive a Sound Life Education Coursebook and mentoring free of charge. Below are the classes included in the Sound Life Education Coursebook and a description of what each class entails:

    Sound Life Education is not a “get rich quick” scheme, even though the results may seem to differ (as Craig and Lynette Stevens experienced–visit the Testimonials for more information). This is an easy to understand and follow, “go to” course presented in a step-by-step manner. We don’t teach you how to beat the system, we teach you how to use it. This coursebook will show you how to overcome the “no’s” in your life. It won’t eliminate the problems–life has responsibility and that will never change–it will help you overcome the problems you face and will always be there to fall back on. Upon completion, you will experience open doors and “yes” answers. You will create a momentum that will help you break through the barriers that have been holding you back. Even though the world seems complicated, let’s keep it simple…that was the focus when this course was created for you.
