Rebecca Burton, Director of Sound Life Job Services
I am so excited about my position with Sound Life Job Services as this challenge is consistent with the challenges I have faced in the past. Through 35 years of running multiple businesses I understand the need for customer service and quality control. I expect it where ever I go as you should expect it from me.

I have always had a passion for art, what I mean is, in every aspect of the word. This passion has led me on the most amazing journey. In the beginning, while selling my works of art and through years of expanding into Antiques, creating sculptures, and interior design, I found myself in the middle of owning the most wonderful business. This evolved into multiple businesses that has provided for me and my family all these years. If anyone had ever told me that I could take an elective class in high school (art) and it would provide for my family as it has, I would have told them they were crazy. It happened to me.

As a multiple business owner this has given me an outstanding real life education through the school of hard knocks. The key to success is PASSION! Without it, there is no drive. This drive educated me in customer service, sales, employee management, bookkeeping, advertising, and all the responsibilities as a business owner and all the challenges that it brings. This education still drives me today. I am humbled by the fact that these skills allowed me to manage multiple businesses over 35 years while sustaining one respected business for more then 20 years. I loved every minute of it.
M. Denise Menchaca, Ed. D., Job Services Resume and Career Building
M. Denise Menchaca is a native Arizonan but has lived briefly in Central Coast California and in the Boston area for graduate studies.

She has earned a Masters’ in Counseling Arizona State University and a Doctorate in Education from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.

She has worked 17 years for the Maricopa Community College District as a founding faculty member of Estrella Mountain Community College and a Counseling Faculty member of Glendale Community College and GateWay Community College. She taught courses in Career Exploration, Career and Personal Development, Assertive Training, Stress Management, Relaxation Techniques and Strategies for College Success.

She is co-founder of Accelerated Career Transition, LLC, with two other partners. Currently they have collaborations with CV-Advisory, TTG Consultants of Arizona, inc, and Sound Life Education.

She enjoys movies and other cultural events, and the proud owner of two new kittens, Sparky and Baxter.
Brad Taft, SPHR, CMF, Job Services Resume and Career Building
Career consultant, author and public speaker, Brad Taft is Chief Career Strategist at Accelerated Career Transition and provides career transition consulting to individuals.

He is co-author of two books on workforce issues: Boom or Bust!: New Career Strategies in a New America – The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond, and Return of the Boomers – a Leader’s Guide to Using the Resources of the Maturing Workforce for a Competitive Advantage. Brad has keynoted and delivered workshops on a variety of employment topics including talent management, diversity and career development.

Brad has over 25 years experience in the recruiting, organizational development and career management consulting fields. He holds several volunteer leadership positions including Workforce Policy Advisor for AARP – Arizona and Member of the City Of Phoenix Workforce Connection Board.

Brad received a B.A. in Communications and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds the highest certification designations in the human resources and career consulting fields: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Career Management Fellow (CMF). He is a licensed career counselor in the state of Arizona.

Dustyn Johnson, Accounting
Dustyn Johnson is the Chief Operating Officer of Number Won Accountants. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy Degree. Dustyn is a licensed CPA who has spent several years working for McGladrey and Pullen in Las Vegas where he specialized in pass-through taxation for real estate and construction entities. He has been with Number Won Accountants for the last 3 years where he has continued to work in the real estate industry.
Mark J. Kohler, Legal
Mark J. Kohler is an attorney, certified public accountant, entrepreneur, and author of What Your CPA Isn’t Telling You: Life-Changing Tax Strategies (Entrepreneur Press) and Lawyers are Liars (Life’s Plan Publishing).

Mark’s principal career has been as a partner in the accounting firms Kohler & Eyre CPAs, LLP, Number Won Accountants, LLP, and the law firm Kyler, Kohler, Ostermiller, & Sorensen, LLP, where he specializes in the areas of business, estate and tax planning.

He is a personal and small business tax and legal expert, who helps clients build and protect wealth through wealth management strategies, and business and tax remedies often overlooked in this challenging, ever-changing economic climate. A well regarded speaker on this topic, his seminars have helped tens of thousands of individuals and small business owners navigate the maze of legal, regulatory and financial laws to greater success and wealth.

Arnie Fonseca, Jr., Director of Education
Prior to coming to Sound life Education Arnie had successfully founded and ran three Physical Rehabilitation Companies. He also with his wife Cari co-founded “The Next Step Foundation” to help families of challenged populations raise monies for costly recovery. Arnie also brings a wealth of education experience, having taught for 15 years at all levels from kindergarten to college. He also has coached and competed in various sports for over 30 years, at all levels. Arnie understands how important it is to communicate in today’s fast paced world. He has over 25 years of public speaking experience and is an award winning “Toastmaster” speaker. As someone who specializes in the study of human behavior he has a unique ability to help individuals achieve their dreams. Arnie believes that the fastest way to success with Sound life Education is not only education but through actually applying the knowledge they gain from Mike Fish’s unique program.
George Markogianis, National Finance Director
Prior to joining Sound Life Education, Markogianis was Vice President of El Paso Tire and Vice President of Operation for 228 Econo Lube franchises. Markogianis has successfully created and continues to manage over 23 million dollars in investments funds, which are currently earning safe, secure and increasing returns.

Successful investments in the portfolio included: Western Saddle Club and a host of private investors. Previously, Mr. Markogianis has held executive roles at Discount Brake and the Arizona Rattlers Arena Football team as a player and played key roles as Color Commentator for Telemundo Spanish Television. Markogianis has also been a major fundraiser for the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
